3. Platform Role

The App operates solely as a technology platform that connects users.

• Do not own, buy, sell, store, inspect, or ship any puzzles.
• Do not act as agent, broker, insurer, or escrow service.
• Do not guarantee the quality, condition, safety, or legality of any puzzle listed.

All exchanges occur directly between users at their own risk.

4. User Accounts

You must authenticate via approved login providers (e.g., Apple, Google).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• All activity under your account.
• Providing accurate contact and delivery information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Fail to return puzzles as agreed.

5. Listings and Requests

Users may create listings for puzzles and set a required number of points (0–1000).

By listing a puzzle, you agree that:

• The description is accurate.
• You have the right to transfer possession of the puzzle.
• The puzzle does not violate any laws.

By requesting a puzzle, you agree that:

• You intend to return the puzzle in substantially the same condition received.
• You provide accurate shipping information.

6. Points System

The App uses a digital points system to facilitate exchanges.

Important:

• Points are a digital in-app currency.
• Points have no cash value.
• Points cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred outside the App.
• Points do not represent ownership interest or financial assets.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the points system at any time.

7. In-App Purchases

Points may be acquired through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

By purchasing points:

• You agree that purchases are processed by Apple.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
• Purchased points are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Points purchased may be described as facilitating exchanges but do not constitute insurance, escrow, or financial guarantees.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Users are solely responsible for:

• Arranging shipping or delivery.
• Packaging puzzles appropriately.
• Providing tracking (if desired).

The App does not:

• Provide logistics services.
• Guarantee delivery times.
• Assume responsibility for carrier performance.

9. No Liability for Physical Goods

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged puzzles.
• Missing pieces.
• Delays in shipping.
• Failure to return a puzzle.
• Disputes between users.
• Any physical or financial loss arising from exchanges.

All exchanges are conducted at users' own risk.

10. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute arises:
